Site Terms and Conditions of Use
By using the troove.net financial application ("Service","System"), you are
agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. ("Terms of Service")
We expressly reserve
the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time. Owners of accounts
on the site will be notified by email of any changes to these Terms of Use.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and
these Terms of Use at such times and to familiarize yourself with any modifications.
Continuing to use the service after any such changes shall constitute you
consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your
account.
Account Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any
other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by
multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for
as many people as you'd like.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Troove Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs
under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must
not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including
but not limited to copyright laws).

Screen scraping, data mining or other similar data extraction methods
are not permitted.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

A valid credit card is not required for initial signup, but will be required
before the end of the initial 30 day free trial.

Credit cards will be automatically charged monthly on the 1st day of the month.
Automatic billing will cease upon cancellation of the account.

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or
for refunds for months unused with an open account. To be fair to everyone,
we will not make exceptions.

Upon upgrading to a paid plan, you will be billed immediately for the
first month. Subsequent months will be charged to your credit card on the
1st of the month.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing
authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes,
levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you
provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing
cycle.
Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for canceling your account. Cancellation
of your account may be done via phone or email, but is not considered
complete until a representative of Troove Inc. has confirmed.

Access to the Troove application will cease as soon as the account
is canceled.

Your data will not be immediately deleted and will remain available unless
you explicitly request that we delete it.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your
cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

Troove Inc., in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate
your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service,
or any other Troove Inc. service, for any reason at any time. Such termination
of the Service will result in the deactivation of your Account.
Troove Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Copyright and Intellectual Property

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to
the Service. Any information entered into the Service remain yours.

We adhere to the U.S. copyright law. Here is our
copyright compliance policy.

We do not pre-screen Content, but we have the right (but not the
obligation) to refuse or remove any Content
that is available via the Service.
Modifications to the Service and Prices

Troove Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to
modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any
part thereof) with or without notice.

In the event of the service being discontinued, all of your data will be
made available to you in a structured format.

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription
plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
Such notice may be provided at any time via direct email contact with owners
of Troove accounts and notification within the Service itself.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
General Conditions

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on
an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is
available via our email support channel as well as via our
Get Satisfaction account.

You understand that we uses third party vendors and hosting partners
to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related
technology required to run the Service.

You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website
so as to imply that you are an associate or integrated with the Service.

You agree not to copy, sell, resell or exploit any
portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or
retribution) of any Troove Inc. customer, employee, member, or officer
will result in immediate account termination.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the
Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and
involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to
conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks
or devices.

If we notice abnormally high usage of your account, (based on our data)
we reserve the right to temporarily disable or throttle your account until
the activity lowers.

We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific
requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure,
or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of
the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products,
services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you
through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in
the Service will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that Troove Inc. shall not be liable
for any damages whatsoever, even if we have been advised of the possibility
of such damages, resulting from; the use (or inability to use) the service; the cost of
procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods,
data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received
or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized
access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or any other matter relating
to the service.

If we do not enforce a right or provision listed here, it does not mean we
waive those rights or provisions. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between
you and Troove Inc. and govern your use of the Service, superseding any
prior agreement.
